WELEDA Arnica Lotion 50ml
A traditional herbal remedy for symptomatic relief of sprains, muscular pain or stiffness, to reduce bruising and swelling from minor bumps.Helpful as a wet compress. A few drops in a warm bath can help relieve aching muscles.

Homoeopathic tablets are more effective if not touched before taking. It's best to tip the dose into the lid of the bottle, and from there tip them into the mouth. Do not take anything else by mouth for 20 minutes before or after the remedy, and avoid strong flavours such as peppermint, which interfere with the remedy.
